Overview All orders are made to order and require production time before shipping. Please allow time for both production and delivery when estimating your arrival date.
Production Time Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before being shipped. Production times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
